Kaylee and Koby
At KY2 Holdings, we’re a husband and wife team with over a decade of hands-on real estate experience. Over the years, we’ve successfully purchased, renovated, operated, and sold real estate assets totaling more than eight figures in value.
Our portfolio spans everything from full-scale property rehabs to long-term investments, and we continue to actively seek new opportunities. We pride ourselves on a hands-on approach, bringing both vision and execution to each project.

Owner and Designer
Before marrying Koby, Kaylee was a high school biology teacher. She quickly became in love with real estate and transitioned out of teaching. She now handles every single detail of the design process. She earned a Bachelor's from Milligan College and a Master's from Cumberland University
