At KY2 Holdings, we’re a husband and wife team with over a decade of hands-on real estate experience. Over the years, we’ve successfully purchased, renovated, operated, and sold real estate assets totaling more than eight figures in value.
Our portfolio spans everything from full-scale property rehabs to long-term investments, and we continue to actively seek new opportunities. We pride ourselves on a hands-on approach, bringing both vision and execution to each project.

Kaylee Younce
Owner and Designer
Before marrying Koby, Kaylee worked as a high school biology teacher. After discovering a passion for real estate, she transitioned out of the classroom and now manages every detail of the design process — all while raising their young son and daughter. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Milligan College and a Master's from Cumberland University
Austin Moncivaez
Manager
Austin serves as our manager at KY2 Holdings, overseeing tenant relations, administrative responsibilities, and the coordination of various ongoing projects. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Advertising, he also brings valuable experience from his involvement in multiple other successful businesses
